This is a reggae radio station. That's it. Just reggae music, playing all day and all night. No DJs chatting over the intros. No adverts. No news bulletins. Just the music. We play the lot. The old classics from the 60s and 70s – Desmond Dekker, The Pioneers, Bob Marley, Toots and the Maytals. The lovers rock side of things – John Holt, Janet Kay, Carroll Thompson. The heavy dub stuff – King Tubby, Scientist, Lee Perry. And on Friday nights we turn it up a bit for the dancehall and party vibes. The music comes from Jamaica originally but it belongs to everyone now. Studio One, Treasure Isle, Channel One, Black Ark – the sounds from those studios built something that spread all over the world. That's what we play.
